Brilliant article Alex! If we cannot depend on our own press to give perspective to important matters such as this which potentially affect us all – and worse, if our indifference about such matters is influencing our press to force feed us an endless diet of raunchy sex, talentless pop stars, useless gadgets and rampant consumerism – what does that say about how we have evolved? Vacuous, self-absorbed, selfish and materialistic are not traits to be proud of…

I remember seeing that selfridges float and wanting to puke. How refreshing it was to see homovision there with placards that actually meant something.
