HANDBAGS OUT AS CURRIE BRANDS ROBINSON “STINKING HYPOCRITE”

Iris Robinson – the Irish MP who branded gayers as abominations, yet secretly was having it away with a 19-year-old she met when he was a nine-year old in the butchers – has come under further criticism from former MP, celebrity wife-swapper and mistress Edwina Currie.
Currie said: “If you go on and on about God’s commandments and keep flinging the tablets of stone at other people, sooner of later someone is going to pick up a bit and chuck it at you.
‘Mrs Robinson has made stupid and ignorant remarks about homosexuals while she was busy betraying her husband and seeking love somewhere else. If the Robinsons learn to be more tolerant of other people’s failings because of this – having found so many in themselves – that has got to be a good thing.”
Iris Robinson called homosexuality “an abomination” that made her “sick and nauseous” after being asked to comment on an attack on a gay man in her constituency. Instead of providing comment, she used it as an opportunity to turn it into an attack on homosexuality.
She’s currently suffering depression.
