This week The Swarmite focuses on REHAB for Gayers. What a thought – even though the concept of a GAY REHAB reminds us of the Christian Right demand that back-door boys and diesel-dykes need rehab into hetero life with conversion therapies.

Yes we do need rehabilitation and conversion but without the trappings of the Baby Jesus and Satan on our backs. (Scrub that last comment, a Satan on our back IS what we are looking for, that’s why we are destined for Hell. I forgot!).

In America REHAB soley for gayers is the new addiction business opportunity – with fancy names like “Freedom Rings” and “Rainbow Recovery” which breeds a debate in itself.

You don’t need to go to rehab to get your life in order

Rehabs like THE PRIORY are mostly about abstinence while the HOMOVISION REHAB is about awareness, that’s why we open the door on comedown Tuesday every week.

This week’s blog is not about chems, booze or sex – so relax, it’s about the result of these pastimes – CHAOS LIVING.

Chaotic living comes from chaotic minds, gay, str8 or trans, so unraveling your mind-set is a good place to start on the road to balanced thinking. Wander into the health section of Waterstones and the Self Help titles dominate – but very few, if any, review the gay mindset, the gay lifestyle or the gay conundrum. And if they do exist they will be American in tone and identification, great for someone living in the Corn Belt but sadly zilch for a gayer living in Acton.
