VODAFONE UK “IS FED UP OF DIRTY HOMO’S AND IS GOING AFTER BEAVER”

Vodafone’s PR department is in a crisis this afternoon after someone in their PR department posted a message about beavers.
The message – ” VodafoneUK Is fed up of dirty homo’s and is going after beaver” was sent to their 8,663 followers.
The employee in question has been suspended. A visit to their Twitter page will show that they’ve responded to each of their individual subscribers with the tweet “We’re really sorry. A severe breach of rules by staff, dealing with that internally. Please keep your faith in us”.
“Please keep your faith in us” – What’s all that about then?! lol
Anyway – this is the example of what can happen if you have two Twitter accounts open at the same time. It’s happened to all of us. We were once Twittering about the IT guy’s arse, which unfortunately was linked into our Facebook page, which work colleagues read.
Someone had to have a word, luckily just before we were going to cameraphone a picture of it around the world.

Anyway – back to Vodaphone, the suspension and the 8,663 twitter followers. Sense of humour by-pass and waste of everyone’s time. Just a simple “Oops” would have done. It’s only a tweet ffs.
What we really want to know is what happened to make him go back?
