We love the taste of Peppermint!

Apparently we’ve both been fans of each other’s work for some time. So when I got the call to appear on her behind the scenes video I was excited as hell! Now remember, we’ve never met before so I didn’t know what to expect!
From the moment I walked in the rehearsal studio, the cameras were rolling with Scottish born music video director Francis Legge, while Peppermint and all her 8 dancers were in the middle of a dance routine. Amazement and pure talent filled the room as they danced both hip hop and pop to her new single, Working Girl! The song was so good, I even caught myself shaking and tapping my feet trying to discreetly audition myself as one of her dancers!
In pure Peppermint fashion, she was wearing a gorgeous purple and silver stylized hoodie with purple leggings. She is beautiful in person as she is on TV. She was lovely and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. Everyone in the studio was working hard, but still laughing and having a good time. Even her dancers had nothing but good things to say about her in front the camera as well as off. Peppermint was cool, friendly and attitude free, but I wouldn’t dare mess with her! I’ve seen her music videos and she is fierce!
She has been recognized by outlets such as the Village Voice, HX, and the Glammys, just to name a few. Also gracing the front covers of magazines such as HX and NEXT, as well as even being featured in Paper Magazine’s ‘Beautiful People of 2007’ issue, making her a true Working Girl!
She has performed globally and is constantly featured in NYC gay media and night life. If you are in NYC make sure you check out one of her shows. She performs at venues such as SBNY, Therapy, HK Lounge, and many more! You can also catch her music videos on MTV’s Logo.
